Jazz for two
Jazz music brings these two souls together. Beautiful. Loved it. The angst was nice. The progression of their love was nice.
CASTLE MANGO
A 17 year old's family own a love hotel and falls in love with an AV director who directs a porn in the establishment. Great premise and the growth of their relationship was fantastic at first. However, fell flat due to the seme's claim to be an adult, but failing to properly communicate with the younger seme.
At the End of the Road
Read this awhile back and I remember it making me feel whole. Almost all manwhas feel unfinished, rushed, and with not realistic sense. Surprisingly, this was a slow burn and came full circle.
Renai Nante Yurushimasen!
Didnt like it st first, but it grew on me. Classmates in college, uke caught seme kissing a man downtown. Since he didnt out the uke to their classmates, they became bffs. At first it seemed cliche, but the pacing of the plot surprised me. Not to mention they constantly discussed their issues and realistically tried to tackle them.
Life Senjou no Bokura
Fuck me sideways, I told myself I wouldnt cry and here the fuck I am. A slice of life journey of a couple's relationship starting at the tender age of 17. You're welcome
Soredemo Kamawanai
Salary man x salary man. Ukes tries to make friends eith seemingly unfriendly guy (seme). Turns out the guy is socially awkward and doesn't have any friends. The seme is very innocent with all things relationship wise (friendship and love). Semes a fool, but a lover nonetheless.
Senpai (Bikke)
On the death anniversary of his late boyfriend, Kou meets someone who looks like him: Saki, a freshman at Kou's highschool. Becoming friends, the two begin to fall in love. The pacing of the story was so well done that you know they love eachother (and are aware of it) without even saying it. I love that Saki gives Kou time to grieve and that Kou gives himself that time as well. I love it, I love it. 10/10
Renchin!
Kamis is a gay man who makes huges lunches usually wanting to share with someone because hes so awkward. Outed at work however, his coworkers ignore him. One day food reporter Waki visits his house and enjoys Kami's cooking on live tv. Waki enjoyed Kami's food so much that he visited Kami for lunch everyday thereafter. Thus mangs got me crying. Loved the egolution of their relationship and how they were honest about it. They knew it wasn't a friendship, but something special. Kami afraid of rejection being gay broke my heart.
