Otoko Yamome Mo Hana ha Saku
Older divorcee finds love in a younger, restaraunt worker. A slow burn that warms your heart. Not only addresses their love, but the estranged relationship between the divorcee and his estranged daughter.
Meguro to Akino wa Kizukanai
What a stupidly cute yaoi. What BL should be! Two fools who dont realize they are in love with eachother. Hilarious. This sensei never fails to deliver the most likeable characters. They definitely switch lol
Ore no Kirai na Senpai
Holy cow what a spinoff. When Azuma started crying in chapter 5, I audibly gasped. Loved Azuma from the OG manga so nice to see he got his own story. Sano kun wants to be the most popular boy in school so naturally he tries to compete with the equally handsome Azuma kun. The fools fall in love. (Sensei really sets the stage for love)
Bright Light Sprout
Wow. Physically and emotionally abused HS boy (who doesnt realize it! Jesus) creates a friendship with his next door neighbor. A slow burn romance that doesn't jus focus on them, but teaching the HS boy what's healthy in a relationship. LIKE A PROPER ADULT HE SETS BOUNDARIES. The ending is for the imaginary, but I'm sure they end up together
Kocchi Muite Waratte
Anti social kouhai confesses to his senpai at work even though they've rarely spoken. So. Fucking. Cute. Their back and forth banter, the kouhai's inner thoughts, and the senpai's dedication to get to know this kouhai so he can give a proper answer is really rewarding to reas. Awkard and nonlinear as budding relationships should be. 10/10.
Labradorescence
Fuji, a photographer, wakes up in the hospital after having an accident. Higa, his doctor, leaves a bad impression due to his casual, crass attitude but catches Fuji's attention anyway. A slowburn love, where the couple knows they love eachother without even confessing.
Senpai (Bikke)
On the death anniversary of his late boyfriend, Kou meets someone who looks like him: Saki, a freshman at Kou's highschool. Becoming friends, the two begin to fall in love. The pacing of the story was so well done that you know they love eachother (and are aware of it) without even saying it. I love that Saki gives Kou time to grieve and that Kou gives himself that time as well. I love it, I love it. 10/10
