57 - they spend most of the story incapable of properly communicating to each other and it sucks ass. i don't know why people think this story is so good. the only good thing about the story is the duke and renoldo(idr what his name actually was) they were cute. thats about all i enjoyed. the king is someone who doesnt think about what hes doing before he does it SUPER RECKLESS. the aide is someone who's desperate to make himself suffer, even when he doesn't HAVE to. its not cute, and it sure isn't fucking endearing. constantly creates angst, turmoil, and a perpetual slow burn. DROPPED THE SERIES

82 - i read this all in one go so im not going to recap everything but she gets preggars from a one night stand she decided to have after mourning her crush that was killed by her besties getting together and spontaneously meets him at the obgyn one day. there's just enough drama to say that its there but its nothing extreme. Its more public eye drama than rival lover drama & the family drama comes from her mother and her inability to express herself competently. enemies cause problems are dealt with and disappear. Nothing with an antagonisht is going to drag out for the entirety of the story. ML is a tad pushy, but its ok because you can tell that shes allowing the behavior. FL is bathing in denial at all times until she eventually gives in, shes scarred and stubborn about family relationships because of how her parents marriage went. Her dad cant stick with one wife and her mother was determined to be perfect to her detriment. Super cute ending with perfect after stories.
