But the only man who talks to her at the bar is Masa, who's an unshaven older man... But when she wakes up, the man next to her was masa. Refusing to believe the obvious she rejects him but ends up playing housekeeper for him since he seems incapable of taking care of himself. The king immediately knows whats going on [he can talk to the water spirit, so he knows about her revenge plan and about the fact that shes the chosen one] and gives her to [The ML] one of his knights. She doesn't trust her environment so she plays dumb around her new kind maid and the ML who dote on her throughout her stay at his manor. She kills off the maid who did her the most harm through a curse and later shes confronted by assassins from the emperor who she stops. She's having conflicting feelings about her revenge and stance on life because of her lack of exposure to the outside world. Now that shes not locked up she's beginning to see that things aren't always cut & dry. Especially after hearing the jeweler talk of how many of the citizens felt pity for her. They're at a hot spring now.

FL cures everyone after being convinced by the hamster possessed by god, but is exposed for being the saint to the head priest/pope. together they brainstorm the reason behind the incident and come to the conclusion that it was a planned attack. her step family hates her because shes pretty so they've been trying to yeet her out of the family by any means and finally succeed by shipping her off to marry an abusive drunkard king. she doesn't think it'll work but unfortunately he claims "love at first sight" and shes set to marry him under conditions. 1 - nobody finds out shes a saint, 2 - nobody finds out he's a human experiment, 3 - divorce upon his curse being cured, 4 - she destroys her shitty family.
