The main couple isn't strengthened by these obstacles. There's basically one dynamic from the very beginning: danger appears, filmina protects edi with her own power, edi gets really angry and tries to make filmina do exactly what he wants, filmina isn't fazed and is happy that she got hurt instead of him, he doesn't try to protect her and only tries to control her he doesn't grow mentally and it isn't filmina's job to help him either. of course, she should also mature a little bit, but it's mostly edi's fault.
