Online Game Nakama to Sashi Off shitara Shokuba no Onijoushi ga Kita.
mc so oblivious it's adorable.
I Have To Be A Great Villain
damnn i luv this...! (but is all of mc's mean actions necessary tho?) I'm hoping this is QT and that the romance is slow-paced. their dynamic is a damn lot more interesting than some other bls I've read before. it's great that misunderstandings won't and can't occur due to ml's unique ability~
Falling to Where I Belong
stopped at ch 7. so basically, mc finds out who his illegitimate half-brother is and that he's older than him. he's already feeling resentful towards his father and maybe towards the mistress (I mean, that's a normal reaction, isn't it?) yet mc be thinking he's handsome, and then he's oddly worried about him, which doesn't make sense bc mc should hate him (so far, he's not portrayed as such a kind soul that he wouldn't hate the entire family of the homewrecker. on the contrary, he seems disgusted at them, not surprisingly), but even if he didn't, mc doesn't even know him on a level that warrants that (maybe the worry stem from his guilty conscience for lying for his friend). it's illogical. I thought the plot would go like this: mc hating on ml->mc stalk/making things hard for ml->he starts having conflicted feelings when he sees ml is hardworking and not living a loaded lifestyle->mc learns of his family situation or tragic past (if there is one)->mc realizes the truth (I assume there is a different version of the story from mc's side)->being the good kid he is, he tries to make it up for ml. anyways, there's not much going on, and mc's character is probably set up this way to make the romance easier to develop and the story cute without the angst. but I can't tell if he's such a softhearted person that he kinda fell rather easily, or that he's just poorly written. basically, this ain't realistic.
I Love Your Character
the premise sounds good but the development/pacing/framing in the manhua is kinda...off. I feel like some scenes should've had more emphasis, and it wasn't necessary to complete a full page of their looks when they did nothing significant (like looking at each other but they're not even gonna do anything). I think some details in the novel are skipped/cut off as well. it gives the impression of trying to minimize the manhua to scenes that are most prominent in the novel, but making it up with good art. idk how to explain it. it's just lackluster. i mean, I remember what happened so far, but nothing seems to stand out. it's just like a summary, rather of a story.
Save me gently
beiguang pissed me off at first, but he too has a tragic background. he represents the crazy people whose past hurt them so much that they become "twisted" and have no qualms hurting others as well, whilst mc is the self-loathing yet pure type who doesn't intentionally hurt others. also, the ml is adorable! this is such a good angsty and healing story!
