i just love stories that are inspired by real-life religious lore. the plot development is kinda messy, not sure if it's the translation, but it was confusing sometimes ex. chris's and rayfel's backstory... im still not sure why chris resents him so much going so far as to try to kill him multiple times.. like was it venting? for turning him into a vampire? for leaving him? if they just talked it out... why didnt they talk it out in the first place?
also, i feel that the ending has the potential for a sequel with the final villain as belial himself, the one that cursed rayfel.
