I am not a fan of the 'getting back with the rapist of your previous life' trope, even tho the ml is not as terrible, I can't bring myself to approve of him. mc compares ml of both lives, realizes the current ml is different and more lovable, and be like "oh this guy isn't so bad...what? the whole shabang was just a misunderstanding? my feelings of fear and resentment is slipping away faster than an eel", which is downplaying the trauma and abuse of his first life as if they are just a tool to make it harder for mc to fall for ml, rather than it being a trauma for mc himself to overcome. is this guy too big-hearted or what? as if the fact that he's an ijin(?) and actually loves mc could wash away everything he has done. did mc love the ml more than his family or something? cuz no matter how different he is, i think it's near impossible to forgive, much less fall in love with such a psychopathic murderer, especially if he's the one to ruin my family. even if he's not, can you even forget the trauma? not that i have a thing against big-hearted people, but placing them in this kind of concept is frustrating. after all that shit he's done, why the hell do you think he doesn't deserve death?! you don't want to avenge your family?! if you are not feeling such anguish, then it could be assumed you're feeling apathetic....but, you don't. yes, mc does feel hatred but after spending a few days, weeks with ml, the heavy damage inflicted upon the mind dissipates into nothing and you can kiss him and feel affection for him, which is absurd. he's being way too softhearted towards the wrong person. unlike him, the mc of Thousand Autumns is moving, he is frustrating sometimes tho not for the same reasons.

kinda fast-paced, quality was bad, mc is stupid

ch. 5 mc isn't like a cold and arrogant CEO (who probably withstood numerous seduction attempts), but more like a clean freak tsundere teen who fell in love for the first time with a handsome dude and suddenly his habitual mysophobia is gone. in other words, a shou who doesn't act like his given characteristics. I suppose the author thought it would be fun to make a straight CEO character into a shou, but honestly? not executed well. no realistic inner struggles, revulsion towards the act of sex he had with a guy. it was like he was gay all along, and this encounter with the right guy just brought it out of him. i came here cuz the pairing seems interesting and I wanted to see the mc's inner struggle as a straight man as he slowly falls in love with another man while retaining his characteristics of a bona fide cold and arrogant CEO. but this, this is just another typical bl manhua. my expectations were too high.

mc(shou) is quite unique, not in a good sense tho-- manipulative, lack empathy or feelings, having more than one sexual relations at the same time; and there are 2 ml candidates. so, it's kinda hard to predict how this plot will unfold. personally, I want a 3p. edit: seems completed at ch 46. overall, it sucked. the art was stiff. ml was ok. the other dude, that was fcking mc in the beginning kinda just faded into the background, so no conclusion on his part. need more work on storytelling cuz i was just zoning out the latter half of the story

ch. 2 damn tan seme and albino uke are disgusting af. FCKING SELFISH SCUMS. aaron, don't forgive them, tbh how could any rational and sentient being forgive this sort of deception. such a damn pity I cant give this 0 stars.
