This manga broke my heart y 100 different ways.
This is one of the mangas where the relationship hits so hard and feels so real, Mitsuru suffers a lot and always felt as if it was his fault and that make me felt so bad that I cried.
I think how they manage a toxic relationship, in the ambit of that was pretty realistic but at the same time I feel like love is never going to be the answer, sure that a person you love a loves you back is there for you must be such a good and wonderful thing and feeling, but Mitsuru has traumas, so therapy for him should be his best option.
