Ayame Asano's manga / #Romance(176)

I started reading this story because of its ranking and then, I sticked to it because of the beautiful art. I REALLY don't like stories that are beginning with rape and then, in no time, the uke fell in love and they live happily ever after ! So that's why, at the beginning of Hidoku Shinaide, I was VERY confused. Sensei has some magical powers... Because even if I hated it, I was at the same time loving it so much ! This manga is one of my favorites (and they are fews...). I like the art, of course (yeah, I went to Japan last year and search during two weeks for the art book of Yonezou-Sensei *-* AND I'M BLESSED BECAUSE I FOUND IT ON THE LAST FUCKING DAY). The characters are so beautiful, but also expressive. In mangas (and manhwas), I find that the characters are lame because artists struggle to make them feel alive. Here, Maya and Nemu feel very real ! And I love how Sensei uses the chibis... It's always so funny ! As for the plot... Well, I still don't really like the beginning BUT the characters (both Maya and Nemu) have a great development. I follow their adventures and I feel so much at their sides... Laughing, crying, shouting, fearing with them, everything feels so real to me in this story and that's why I love it so much. Sensei deserves to be supported, that's shy I chose to buy her books for real. I was lucky because Hidoku Shinaide exists in my mother language so it was not really hard to chose to buy it (I struggle to do it when the story only exists as a webcomic, and more over only in Japanese or Korean (I unfortunately don't speak these languages...)). So yeah, I just love this manga and I hope their story will continue for a long time...

I absolutely ADORE this manga. The art is just fucking amazing... They are both so very beautiful. I love it because the author just succeeded to show Tani's feelings on his face, and I found that very rare in mangas. The plot is very good. They don't fall for each other in one week like in lots of stories... It takes weeks, months, years. We see their feelings developping and that's absolutely lovely. I read this again and again, I'm never fed up !

Well well well... What a great discovery ! I read it in one day actually, because it was very good. For a long time, I let this story aside because I am not very fond of BDSM (and of webcomics either), but the very good notes and reviews finally convinced me to read it. And I don't regret it at all !! First, the drawings are pretty good. Colors are beautifully used (the eyes......) and the characters are all very handsome. So it's a pleasure to read it. As for the plot, well, at first I was not convinced but after a few chapters I was completely drowned in it ! We want to know, in fact... The author succeeds to show some mysteries at the beginning and we need to go really further to unveil it ! I loved it ! So yeah, BDSM and vampires... What a funny but lovely mix in a way. I found it really hot AND (yeah you'll be surprised if you have not read the story yet) lovely. LOVELY. So if you're afraid to read it because you don't like (it's the same for me) abusive lovers, submissive ukes who are tortured by shitty semes, psycho stories and all this kind of things... I'll tell you just one thing : READ IT ! Because Blood Bank is nothing like that (yeah, I promise). It is BDSM, of course, but it doesn't go too far (which means it respects the uke's limits). So that's it for my review. I really loved it and I think I'll re-read it someday. I also wait for these side stories... And for other works from the author !
