Nee, Sensei
I was originally only going to give this 3 stars as I enjoyed the story of the main couple, but didn't find anything all that remarkable about it but the second extra with the childhood friends was really good! Though I might just be a sucker for wise reformed baddies like the uke ^^.
Shinobi Denai To!
Venus Capriccio
It was sort of a nice deviation from most shoujos I come across but it started to drag a lot and by chapter 20, became so predictable I just skipped to the final chapter. The reunion was pretty anticlimactic which I didn't mind but I was disappointed that the author didn't use the space to show a bit of character development, which I think is the purpose of a time skip in the first place otherwise, what's the point? If I were careless in reading, I wouldn't have known any time had passed at all; the characters were the exact same as the beginning of the manga. Maybe the author should have fast forwarded more than 2 years, or maybe she should have chosen a different way to end it. Either way, the final third of this manga really let down the expectations I had from the beginning.
Sweet Black
Renai no Skill
Not bad. It was interesting seeing the MC of a yaoi not get the person he was originally interested in.
Kishidou Club Bangaihen
I have mixed feelings. The story really pissed me off, somehow. Perhaps because I feel like the uke just kept giving and giving and only got abuse and 1 chapter of good treatment in return? And you know what pissed me off even more? The fact that, even knowing all that, I didn't hate this manga at all. The art and plot were just so addictive I wanted to keep reading Ugh!
