Bio-Meat: Nectar
I really have nothing I can say about this manga except that it was amazing!!!! Read it cover to cover in about 4 hours and only wish I could reread it! Such an underrated manga- it easily stands on the same level as, or higher than more popular survival mangas like Psyren or Eden no Ori.
Kanata Kara
Loved it, just loved it.
Mahoutsukai No Neko
This was nice. It was a bit sad, though, that they could only reunite in death but I guess it's good they all got to be together again?
Tokyo Crazy Paradise
Absolutely fan-fucking-tastic! This manga makes me break down in tears whenever I read it! How can this manage to make a work so heartwearming, pulse-racing, gut wrenching, and side splitting all at once?! She's the worst- clearly trying to kill us with her talent! >.
Superior Cross
I'm happy with the ending; it was a pretty good end for a great story, despite just a feeew inconsistencies with the plot/areas where it didn't make too much sense. I also wished we could have seen how Angelica and Lakshri actually got together/everyone getting on once Sheila returned but...this end isn't too bad either. Corny last lines though lol
Ao no Fuuin
Aww I remember reading this story! It was...pretty good I guess. There were quite a few inconsistencies (see comment below) but I find this author has a real gift for connecting parts of her stories in ways you wouldn't expect -the daughter thing really caught me off guard- so I certainly appreciate it for that. But it's nice to see that the author had more noteworthy works than just Red River, even though it is an amazing classic and can never be topped! Comment I posted when I read this a while back: This story went on for longer than it needed to, and had it's fair share of plot points that didn't make sense (Akira's siblings go from trying to kill him to being on his side over the course of maybe 20 pages without much explanation). Not to mention, the heroine was SO wishy washy and went back and forth for so long that I wanted to throw my laptop at a wall!!! And don't even get me started on how casually the "good guys" killed innocent people to accomplish their goals but were so against letting the oni take a few. But, all in all, I'm glad I finished it at least.
