Shinobi Life
I read this a while ago so let's see if my memory serves at all. I remember liking the story (probably wouldn't reread just because it's got a lot of typical shoujo tropes and once you've read it once you'll be bored trying again). It did have some interesting plot twists, though, and I thought the author did a great job tying together all of the time travel events between the past and future. The beginning was pretty damn funny as well, when he tried getting used to the future for the first time. I was really sad that everyone except Renkaku got saved in the end, though. I'm a sucker for characters like him who are nice with a hidden pain.

Interesting set up and good development in the MC. I think I've finally discovered the difference between shoujo and shounen (outside of the plot differences) and that is character development! In shoujo, everyone but the MC seems to develop, giving the impression that the MC is just a buffer for other people to improve. In shounen, the character development of the MC has a strong presence throughout the entire manga.
Kanemochi-kun To Binbou-kun
This was really touching somehow! The art wasn't the greatest but somehow the character designs just made them more endearing. And the grandfather was so adorable, holding on to his love for so long! I wish I could have gotten to see more of his past and his reunion with Misaki's grandpa in heaven!
Futsu Hyakkei
Really cute! I wish there were a continuation...
Kage Aru Tokoro ni
This was a really nice, touching read, aimed for mature audiences. What's the yaoi equivalent of josei, I wonder? Either way, it was beautifully written, the expression of Nakamichi's emotions were so vivid I found myself tearing up. Also, loved the nice bits of humor scattered throughout as a buffer for the drama. That crying face was hilarious!
