Weird lol. But fairly interesting. I would have liked to see a bit more in the story, but I get why it would be axed after 1 volume.

Ugh I'm so disappointed! The setup in the last chapter was so interesting- way more interesting than the rest of the story, which was just a typical boring shoujo about a girl relentlessly chasing after a guy who used her for his own benefit. Really wish the author had condensed the first 7 chapters into 2 and used the extra 5 elaborate on the whole coup scenario.

Get the feeling this is gonna be a flip flop situation so I just put that in. As for my impressions...hmm didn't care for the first bf too much since he was basically taking advantage of the girlfriend (of her girlfriend like actions without reciprocating as a boyfriend) but I realized I quite liked his character when I saw he didn't get unreasonably jealous or try to break her and Megumi apart or anything. It was just two people who fell out of love, and split up amicably without any drama. I was a bit shocked at Megumi's trauma- I'd secretly been hoping he'd come out as gay and that could explain why he was so friendly and tried so hard but ignored female advances. The actual story was a bit disappointing. To be honest, I'm even surprised he took it so hard; usually the guys are okay in that situation but it was an interesting perspective. I'm not particularly interested in reading more or anything since I've got a general idea of where this is going but it was an entertaining enough read.

Exactly what you'd expect, I guess? Not terrible, but not particularly enjoyable, either.

More shounen ai than yaoi, but it did introduce the idea of a homosexual relationship so I'll count it as both. But it was alright, not very interesting, but not the worst I've ever seen. This author is pretty good with the characters' emotions- though this wasn't at the depth of Blue Sky Complex, it certainly wasn't just some shallow read. It was never clear whether Hiroto was just going along with Onoda not to lose him as a friend, or if he had romantic feelings as well.

Oddly enough, I didn't care for it. It was good and the characters were interesting, but I just didn't feel satisfied when I was done. I was really excited thinking how interesting it would be if the MC really got involved with some drug organization. But then the whole drug subplot kind of got dropped to the wayside to make it just another romance yaoi.

A bit hard to decipher -maybe it was the translations? Meanwhile, that toddler scene where he kept trying to abandon the bear had me crying! XD

Boo! They got back together too quickly! Good for the uke gaining some self-confidence, though.
