Just plain weird. I really wished we'd learned something about what exactly she is but I'm also glad this wasn't any longer than 3 volumes. Aside from a few exceptions, the stories were extremely repetitive so it got tiresome to read pretty early on. She shows up, guys fall for her and get super dark circles, ruins their lives and the lives of the people around them, replicates and then leaves. I did really like that one guy who never fell for her; wished the series focused on him more.

Usotsuki Ouji to Nisemono Kanojo

Ended already, huh? It wasn't bad but the later chapters just couldn't hold up to the expectations the first 5 or so chapters set for me. Overall, the ending was just way too rushed. I mean, I'm glad they came clean and all but trying to turn the chairman into a "good" guy in 2 pages just didn't work. Doesn't matter if you want your kids recognized; threatening your son with his sister's life and breaking up his relationship with his girlfriend for literally no reason is just not a good look. So, needless to say, the end did disappoint me a bit.

So sad to see the good guys die so close to salvation!!!! The beginning with the rats really had me feeling some type of way since it seemed so possible but after random animals kept popping up over and over, I just started getting annoyed. I kinda got the feeling the author just picked whatever animal she wanted to eat people/get in their way just to add more drama. It was like a shorter, less organic version of BioMeat which I really liked (organic in this sense refers to developing the plot naturally rather than forcing it along), but may have been comparable if it were longer and therefore had more time in between infestations so they seemed less sudden/random. An interesting choice to leave the sensei alive at the end, and it certainly made for a nice comical scene to cut up the gut wrenching action up to this point. I also would have preferred to see more character development in the main character but considering the length and action heavy plot, the author did reasonably well with what she had.

Kishidou Club Bangaihen

I have mixed feelings. The story really pissed me off, somehow. Perhaps because I feel like the uke just kept giving and giving and only got abuse and 1 chapter of good treatment in return? And you know what pissed me off even more? The fact that, even knowing all that, I didn't hate this manga at all. The art and plot were just so addictive I wanted to keep reading Ugh!

Really well done! Wished it were longer but the irresolute resolution did fit the story quite well. The plot surprised me quite a bit- I wouldn't have been able to predict where it was going in the first several chapters so it was great in that respect.

First yaoi I've seen where the couples actually all know about each other. Makes for an interesting final chapter...great story otherwise

Really generic and not very interesting. Leaving out the fact that he was suddenly in love with her out of nowhere, the fact that the bad guy gets caught and gives up in 3 pages after trying to kill her before is just plain ridiculous.

I really do love this author; I think her notes are written in such a casual and friendly way that you can really connect with her when you read them! It was a good story (and I'm glad we got to see a long work by her!) but I wish the ending hadn't been quite so corny. Also...I really wanted poos Akito to win! I love his character so much! Or, at the very least, I wish I could have seen Yoshimi get dumped, mature due to the heartbreak, and then come back and win him over again.

It was fairly interesting, and the medical aspects seemed really accurate. I liked that the good characters weren't all good; they struggled with conceit, anxiousness, crippling self-doubt, and moments of anger just like real people would. The bad guys were pretty much completely bad, though, which left them as rather 1 dimensional characters. There were also quite a few loose ends that were never really tied up, and I at least wanted Osanai to get something in return for the hell he was put through.

It was fine I guess? The main couple was cute, though I'm not too sure how they managed to stay together so long. They just didn't seem like the sort of couple that spoke to each other or did anything sexual so I'm curious how they managed to grow up together. I just wish the antagonists had more substance to them. They were so pointlessly evil it was just boring. I wish the author used people less as plot points and spent the space exploring their relationship.
