Lady Lyn's maid Saran is sus and HATES mc and is conspiring with the chancellor

[Finished] I read till 136 then gave up cuz MC was too OP and never made a mistake in her surgeries which is unrealistic. Was a big fan before that. Finished the rest when I saw that it's completed. Ending is pretty bittersweet, it was nice :')
