They fall in love but when Ran obstructs history from taking it course he turns transparent like he's going to dissappear. When he finally admits he's in love he remembers Nobunaga's death and it's by the betrayal of one of his most trusted brothers Mitsuhide who is apparently in love with Oda too and is jealous of Ran.
