This is a quiet, somber story but very heartwarming. Summary Even if we're both beta and even if we're not a fated pair, it'll be fine. Our relationship won't change, ever— Hibiki is a salaryman who has been living together with his high school sweetheart, Koushiro, for 10 years. When they had just met each other, they were convinced that they were a fated pair, but their gender tests revealed that they were both beta. Even though other gay couples can be blessed if they are a "fated pair," it vexes them they can't even hold hands in front of people. They tell themselves that if they love each other, all will be fine, but trivial things make them more anxious each day... But they hear about a misdiagnosis of the gender test one day...!?

Summary Ha Joyoon, a reporter for TPA Communications — a foreign news agency — has been in a coma for five years after being involved in an accident in a civil war area. Miraculously, he returns home and visits his ex-lover, but he was already with someone else ... Ha Notion and his ex were friends since birth, and lovers after they grew up. But his lover who was in despair figuring out what happened to Ha Joyoon was caught by another needy guy who eventually became his lover. Ha Joyoon was devastated and while suffering emotionally and physically (not fully well, has blackouts), his boss came to his life, one who doesn't need affections, just enjoys carnal desires.

Still trying to get over a heartache from the past, he meets 'Mahoro' by chance one Christmas night. Pitying Mahoro's unfortunate state, Azuma tries to offer help, despite being flustered. While Mahoro refuses Azuma's offer to stay at his house, he invites the latter to drop by his workplace as thanks. It turns out that Mahoro works in a brothel. As Azuma gets more drawn to Mahoro, he finds out that Mahoro is looking for someone: his fated partner. Against his better judgment, Azuma decides to help Mahoro.
