Crazy Love
Overview — READ THE WARNING(S)! If you don’t like depictions of toxic relationships that was fueled by frustrating delusions, this is not the story to read. At the beginning, it appears to be the potential love story between a cold, stiff mannered perfectionist and an open-minded, patient senior co-worker. (Ngl they had us in the first half). However, the senior co-worker’s tolerance was proved limited when he harshly rejects the other ml’s feelings. For that reason (but not an excuse in any way), the younger ml lashes out, abuses, and manipulates the other. This begins an illicit, one-sided relationship which “surprisingly” leads to a bitter but open-ended conclusion to the manga. The story was not the worse but it was far from the best. It was a decent read if you’re looking for something toxic (and frustrating).

Overview — MAN, I did not think I was actually gonna get hooked to this. What appeared to be another raunchy, NSFW, hyper masculine sex fantasy turned into an unexpected drama with a murder mystery. This is not a love story but a sort of self realization of the effects and consequences of one’s actions. The main narrator is the man; however, I believe to be the supporting character of the true lead, Lumi. She is the driving force of the story as she goes through her coming of age and forces the other to finally go through his own version. My only complaint of this story is the heavy amount of sex scenes that distract from the real treasure of the story. If portrayed differently to heighten the damage of the interaction, I believe this story would have become easier for many readers to accept and digest, especially w/ how the story calls out the male narrator.
