Books 1& 2 - (5*)- I really liked this one. It has a strong heroine, a handsome hero, family reconciliation and exceptional art. There's a lot to like here! In fact I liked it so much I bought an official copy at RomanceComics.com and may get a hardcopy for my library at some point :)

It felt a little rushed at the end, but it was a sweet tale about overcoming personal fear and challenges go after what(who) you want.

A strong romance between a strong, independent French woman and a handsome, belligerent Englishman with a grudge. It’s also a good tale about not painting with a broad brush and letting the past destroy your future. The only thing I didn’t like was the BBV (Bed Before Vows).

This was a good story. I enjoyed that the FL was not only strong, but she's shown as quite capable within her limitations. And I loved her self appointed guide dog. And you got to love a servant willing to get into his Lord's face when he needs it.
