one shot - rather stupid, if you ask me. 100 batteries from where? Taped together? And just how long did THAT take? A plastic headed straight pin 'needle'? No other intelligent witnesses in the middle of the day? Won't even bother commenting about the rest. Just too much stupid for the sake of being stupid for me to appreciate it in the slightest, but that is just my opinion. Others are welcome to think differently.
After Their Vows
This one gave me mixed feelings. I can understand her saying her brother was her only family - it's been her mindset for years - but why did it take so long for him to remind her he was her family now too! It was a real eye opener for her and just one example of the important things that somehow just weren't said between them. He seemed to 'wise up' a great deal in the year she was gone, reflecting on the dynamics of their previous relationship and her subconscious testing, but it didn't seem to make him much wiser when it came to dealing with her. He still let pride rule over his good sense and he doesn't apologize for his heart-shattering gaff (or put 2+2 together and even consider her rebuttal could be purely defensive) until the end... this, in spite of figuring out how insecure she was at her heart. It just seemed, despite everything, he should have had the maturity and intelligence to handle her a little more wisely. If he had, the issue with her brother may have well been different.
