Haruka (matsuena Syun)
SUMMARY: Expecting a lonely, uneventful 16th birthday, our MC is surprised when a strange girl seeking his years dead father shows up on his doorstep, and then when a bizarre sorcerer comes through the TV threatening to kill him if he doesn't turn her over. Will the teachings of his father help them survive? ONE SHOT - A well drawn story with a relatively original and complex plot (considering it's length), that could have easily been longer.
Despot and Angel
This one is a lot of fun. I was a little disturbed that the heroine went along with the subterfuge at first, but the more the hero smiled, the less it bothered me. But I was just waiting for it to hit the fan, because you know it would at some point. Of course it all worked out in the end, and not only was it a good story, but it's well drawn and reasonably well paced. I like that they developed their relationship by working together and not in bed. This is the way strong marriages begin, and I suspect these two would continue to put in the effort required to keep it strong.
