I'm Yours, Blood and Soul
Just a bit disappointed, I was expecting more. It was decent.
Sweet Man
I feel like I'm giving this a 4 star solely because of how much I love Minhoon's character design. I LOVE his character design. To be honest, if it wasn't for how much I loved him, I probably would've dropped this. The plot was good and the supporting characters' designs, personalities, and progressions were all there. That is something you're not always lucky in receiving these days. However, at some point I started to become bored with the plot. Also, Minhoon's character type changed a little bit at some point and it really bothered me. I don't mean in a progressive way, more like the author just lost what his original aura came across as in the beginning. The complex relationships and personalities seemed to lose their way as the story continued on. The entire story went from something I was considering to be one of my favorites to "meh, I've lost my interest" by the end. I got so tired of reading the dialogue that I was skimming through chapter after chapter as well. Also, something else that bothered me was that the reactions and circumstances in the beginning were realistic, but towards the middle and the end they become not so likely. It became quite obvious that many things that occurred only did so for plot progression and not what would actually be realistic. Overall, I love the concept and how all of the characters were originally portrayed. However, it lost me when it continued to stretch out the story, started using unrealistic outcomes, changed how Minhoon came across, etc. "Inconsistency" is more of the word I am looking for. I also remember finding it hard to read it in the very beginning due to choppiness and what not. It is apparent that this author must be new to the scene. They are very very talented as a newbie though, much better than most of the experienced authors I follow. They just need a little bit more work.
K's secret
I guess I can understand why this was so popular?? But it wasn't much to me. That may just be because I've been reading BL for around 14 years now so nothing about this one felt unique or special to me. I do love his vampire form though. I thought he looked very beautiful with his red eyes and even those sharp nails were pretty. The art style improvement was insane in this one. The main character's design changed like 4 or 5 times but they did it so smoothly overtime that you didn't realize how drastic the change really was until you got to those author notes where they actually talked about it. Idk, I only seemed to be really interested in this one for about 5 chapters or so during the climax, otherwise, I didn't really think much of this story. It's more of a light read for the majority of it. Those extra chapters at the end that peaked into the prequel of the story.... were rather problematic, despite being dreams... still problematic
