Their circumstances were confusing for a while there, couldn't tell if he had amnesia or what. Then they threw in a random misunderstanding right in the middle of the confession that was dismissed within a second. Why include that in the first place? The story itself was fine and their chemistry was nice but some of the progression was just too iffy?? Also why even use chapter 5.5?? That's just mean! Now I feel bad for Sora. It was so random though, again, so sudden and then it was gone lol why. There were so many goldfish jokes made against Ryouta that I thought he must have short-term memory loss or ADD, but it was neither, it was confusing & misleading a few times. Anyway, that's what the progression felt like I'm so sorry mangaka-san but it felt like it was written by a goldfish. The attention span was there, and then it was gone, then back again, multiple times. OH GOSH THAT SOUNDS SO MEAN I'M SORRY
Side Note:
Why did they keep doing weird shit to Ryouta's eyes like that??? I kept thinking that this was going the yandere route. Especially when he looked like he magically had heterochromia at one point. I understand the symbolism for the moment, but it wasn't necessary and again makes the reader think he is yandere. Lmao, I was waiting for him to snap the whole time.
