Nirameba Koi
I re-read the entire thing. I liked it. At one point in time I might've thought of this as mediocre because I've read so many yaoi. Now, after truly reading A TON of yaoi, I realize that manga like these are the good ones. It's slow-paced, some expected, some unexpected, upsetting yet heartwarming, & a read that makes you feel good in the end. The art style still isn't my cup of tea necessarily but it really doesn't matter. The janitor x student / reunion one was a little unsettling and the other short couple stories were pretty forgettable tbh. I did like the main couple though. They aren't a favorite by any means, but like I've suggested, it's still a good read. I laughed more than once while reading this too lol. I kept going back and forth between giving this 3 stars or 4 stars. For me, 5 is reserved for what I consider "perfect" and 4 is reserved for the ones I looove but aren't "perfect". Therefore, since this is neither perfect or one that I looove, I'm gonna give it a 3. I'm just a picky person with specific criteria. Feel free to ignore my review. You should figure out whether it's good or not for yourself anyway lol. I don't think I'll re-read this again in the future. Side Note: I am obsessed with the brother's story though. I keep forgetting what it's about, then re-reading it AGAIN, then loving it all over again like it's the first time. Lmao I dont' get it. Usually if you like something that much you don't forget it so easily so many times but I'm not complaining because reading something you like like it's the first time over & over again is actually quite magical.
