I feel like my reasons for loving this are very personal so others may not understand my high rating, but that's ok. I loved this. It kept making me want to cry and yet it's so heartwarming at the same time. I think I'll read this again in the future. It may be a kind of comfort read for me, idk how else to explain it.

SPIN-OFF OF: "Never Understand" 3 stars for the story itself (it's good, but basic). 4 stars for how precious they are, so cute & wholesome. LOVED the moment when he drew flowers over his scars oh my gosh. I'm always a sucker for the relationships where they are practically healing each other's soul. I don't think I'd reread this though.
