Heaven & Hell Roman Company
It was so good at first. It was almost a fave of mine but for some reason somewhere down the line I got a little lost in what was going on. The status and breeds of characters also got really confusing at some point. The dialogue also got confusing towards the end, even the layout of the way the story was being told? The author did explain though that they didn't plan out season 2 as much as they did for the first one so I guess that explains that. It was a little disappointing but I still enjoyed reading it. I think the 2nd season isn't really worth rereading but I might reread the first season with the main couple again because I REALLY liked them and the story was well written and not confusing there so. It's just weird cause with the way the 2nd season turned out, it was like the same storyline but someone else decided to pick up the story for the author instead. I don't know. 1st season= 4-5 stars. 2nd Season= 3-ish stars. So overall I rated the manga 3. If the 2nd season wasn't included it would be 4 stars.
Hot Summer Vacation
Chitra Webtoon
I usually stick to the BL genre but I actually really like this manga. I love the art and the characters. It's also interesting. I know this is like a cliche type of story in the shoujo manga world, but I think this one is actually pretty good considering
Utakata no Uroko
Pretty and sad. I know that if I was to read this again in the future, I'd find it nostalgic.
Inner Beauty
Okay...but this was precious. I loved all the mystical elements and the background knowledge of it. The love story from the past and the legends. It was a nice read. Definitely has some of the pettiest characters I've ever seen too though, ughhh so petty, still don't like them... I must say that this ended very nicely. Not just the storyline itself, the author ended the manhwa skillfully. It felt like it was finished and wrapped up in a neat pretty bow. Lol. I could read this again. I love stories that include legends and memories from a past time. This is the first time I've ever read a story with Australian legends. It's actually the first time I've ever heard of them at all for some reason. I really liked it! I might end up looking into Australian legends later on because of this~
Kamisama to Tobenai Tsukai
I loved this! It had a unique plot. It was similar to some things I've read concept-wise but it also had things I've never seen before in the plot as well. I loved iiiit. I really enjoyed this so much. The story is so nice :3 I never use this ":3" anymore but I couldn't think of any other emoji that could express my contentment. I'm gonna add this to my Remember List. The only reason that I didn't rate this a 5 star or add this to my favorites is because I wish it was longer and that it expanded more on their relationship afterward. Also, although I loved this so much, it wasn't something SO unique that I was amazed. Nonetheless, I will say it again! I loved it! I almost rated it 5 stars despite all that~ Simply because I feel so nice after reading it :3 I stayed interested in the story the whole time. That was probably the most absorbed I've been in a manga in a long time~ How nice~
Tale of the Yellow Dragon
I loved this so much for the majority of it. It was about to be one of my all-time favorites. I know I've always preferred endings that were realistic in some kind of way but NOT THIS WAY. My heart is broken, I almost started crying. I loved this story so much that I was hoping the ending would be joyful but it was bittersweet. So bittersweet that it's just sad, more sadness than beauty. I wish it ended differently and didn't end so suddenly. However, I really love the story, the world, and characters that the author created. This was a very good read, up until that ending. No, I'm just going to pretend it didn't happen. I'm going to pretend that it ended just the way I wanted it to. I don't think this is a manga I'll reread again in the future, at least not all the way. I'll probably stop reading before I reach the last few chapters, that'd be best I think. Yup, again, I'm going to pretend it ended the way I wanted it to.
