6 ch. - trans. 2011

From the beginning I was asking myself “ok, where’s this going” and continued to ask that till the second last chapter. Each new thing that happened to him felt like the beginning of a plot, until it veered off to another beginning, then another, etc. This story isn’t fully constructed with a straight forward plot like so many others, but instead is more of a winding scenic route made up of a string of side stories or those ‘this happened to a friend of mine’ stories. That’s the feel I get from it anyway. But even though there isn’t a clearly identifiable direction or aim for the story and the character ends up in the same exact same place he was at the beginning of the story, I still found it an enjoyable read.
I also find it refreshing that the story is both Yaoi and heterosexual, much like the real world, that’s why I like to see Yaoi that has straight characters. But I especially like how (although reluctant) this character has truely Bi-Sexual experiences, instead of the usual, which is a statement that they are Bi while only doing gay or straight stuff.
