Mamotte Agemasu! (yamato Nase)
Chinko no Tsubuyaki dj - Chintsubu
I strangely found some of the pieces about the author’s experiences after each chapter funnier and more endearing than the chapter itself. I think the chapters themselves are funny but would be more enjoyable if broken up and read in pieces, instead of all at once marathon style, because the idea/storyline gets a little stale and feels slower and slower as you go if you read it all at once. Throw logic, reason and modesty out the window and just enjoy the craziness for what it is without asking any of the big ‘why’ questions, otherwise you won’t enjoy it.
Chou yo Hana yo (WATANABE Asia)
The storyline is absurd and unbelievable, yet there is an undefinable endearing quality to it as well. Its better read light-heartedly and shouldn’t be taken too seriously if it’s to be enjoyed at all.
