The first 13 chapters tell the story from Oosamas POV while the extras (ch.14-18) have some from Yoshioka’s POV, including some flashbacks towards the traumatic events in the past that made them unable to open themselves to help from others. However, if your one who likes Yaoi to have more adult (a sex scene every few chapters or more) or mature content, this one is probably not for you as its more shonen-ai. ️Oosawa has been single-handedly raising his only daughter Chizu ever since his divorce, while also working as a chef. Raising his daughter alone, meant that he was always busy, so he didn't have time to date & having so little money, they lived a long way from his work & her childcare, which meant a lot of time was spent traveling. Oosawa had known Yoshioka for a long time as customer at the restaurant he worked at, he came in & out of the shop with different boyfriends all the time. Oosawa thought he knew fully well what kind of man Yoshioka was, a man who easily changed lovers, as well as cheating on them & one who never got very attached to any of them. Yoshioka always flirted with the straight Oosawa & Oosawa always turned him down, knowing that even if he was gay, he wouldn't be in a relationship with the untrustworthy Yoshioka & he wouldn't have the time to either. But when Chizu got sick with a high fever, Yoshioka came out of nowhere & offered help. Slowly Oosawa learned that the man he disliked was very different than what he appeared to be.
