I think the reason it’s rated so low is because the story, as it ends, is about 2 bad people getting ahead of one innocent one & the fact that it feels unfinished (so some of the ratings are probably low cos people are pissed - I am too, but I’ve got autism, so I have to rate on what I got, not what I should have gotten). But what was given was well written & the art was good, it just feels like the potential of the story was wasted a little. I’m hoping a second volume is planned, so that this story can feel like it’s been completed properly (though hope, upon seeing the low ratings, the author doesn’t think: ‘oh, it wasn’t very popular I guess I’ll move onto a new story then, instead of finishing that one, cos no one seems to like it’. Because I would like to see a better ending for the poor beta at least). ️Yuzuki has a complex about being an omega male. It was all sex first, story later & its hard 4 me to like smut without story. And when the story came, it felt more like a collection of extras. Also, where summary says Haru discovers Souta’s lie, it implies conflict, but not much happens. Your often led to think there’ll be conflict, to then have none. Maybe the Magaka was trying to tick too many boxes (Smut,Fluff,SchoolLife,Conflict...) & it resulted in wishy washy & didn't really satisfy any box. ️ Souta is a brilliant & handsome but disingenuous alpha & is in love with Haruto, his childhood friend. He doesn't want anyone else to have him & wants to start a family with him one day. He lies to his very innocent and gullible friend & sleeps with him every night to mark his territory.
