Other than the strange “kid” element, this story was…Well it was strange. The conversations on stars and flowers peeked my interest and the plot was kind of unique. However, some of the elements that were used to execute the story had me losing interest fast. I didn’t care for the underaged element not the weird “Uke is attracted to kids” elements. While i understood the older uke’s backstory, I think it made the entire story weaker to implement it in such a way. This is a story that had potential to be something unique and strong, so it was unfortunate to see how flat it fell and just how quick its ‘star’ fizzled out.
