Also I think I can kinda understand why sanada acted like that when he was a child. I mean not everyone can suddenly accept finding out they like the same gender especially since being gay is still not socially accepted in Japan. I do think it's still not an excuse tho but for me the most important thing is he got a character development by realizing what he did is wrong, regretting it, and trying to correct it. The same thing can't be said with the Kawasaki something guy tho
