Im my opinion I think there's something wrong mentally with the 1st seme. Normally people will not be like that at that age so he probably has autism (?) I'm not really sure since I'm not that knowledgeable about mental illnesses in the moment that's why I can only think of autism as the cause. He was really childish that's why I thought autism but I dunno lol
