Our uke works in a hospital and one of his patient, a little girl, asks for a toy for her surgery, which is risky. He goes and finds a doll maker that explains his dolls are magical and can save lives. He make a bet with him, as he do not have the money to pay for it. The doll he gives to the little girl break during the operation, when her situation started to deteriorate, and suddenly she is better. He must pay for the doll now. The doll maker say he is his predestined mate and start to stalk him, while trying to get him to live with him. The uke is harassed daily by the seme and finally choses to do what he wants. After that, with his friend case, he start discovering the truth behind his fated partner. Really good, just a bit too dramatic for me, I could have enjoyed more reading it if the ambiance was less serious. But loved it anyway, as the seme is soooo coooll

Clearly one of the best isekai I ever read, with a incredible plot and not too long. The story is heartbreaking at certain times but clearly it was worth it. It is nor too cliche nor too original, just a mix of both which is incredible. The plot with all the reincarnations of the girl is really touching, they did not live the pink unicorn stereotypical lifes, in fact they were subjected to the worst tourments... But in the end they are happy, and that was the best moment of my life.
