very important read, comforting, goes through topics of autism, child-abuse, bullying, sex addiction, self-harm, trauma responses, and compromising. it doesn't dehumanise the autistic girl at all, when she feels upset she communicates it, and they both try to understand each other. She's autistic, and he's scared of people, it's therapeutic because it feels like two halves of myself coming to terms with each other.
