Kind of dubcon in the beginning with the idea of communication barrier, but it was just touching. Seme is very sweet and respectful. Tribe shenanigans of being very open and public and even threesomes etc. Entertaining bit of smutty fun.

They blush SO MUCH and their interactions were cute yet comfortable bc of the childhood friends thing, a natural chemistry. Uke is a bit of a tsundere but not that shy about what he wants. Seme is the big brother type and kind of clueless in love, but doting and cutely blushes a lot as well. The heart rash was a convenient and cute idea. Really liked the second couple too even if they only had a chapter. The puppy seme and beautiful cat uke who had been hurt in the past, one of my favorite tropes.
