Gorgeous art but bland story and one dimensional characters.

41: Ok…low key boring. Yes there’s a lot of talk about tea but I feel like there are plot inconsistencies that bother me more. Like you were told the Duke’s awful backstory where he was abused as a child so he could be stoic and emotionally repressed, then get upset at him for not openly showing affection when he’s been defending you and supporting you??? And when he explains she doesn’t realize it’s bc of his past but is just surprised he’s still dwelling on it… Also how she just happens to have tea and a tea set and cups with her everywhere even the palace?? Like lmfao. Also how she fired the other maids except Colleen when she already knew it was Colleen behind everything?? And even in the end the Duke was the one to punish her like wtf. And also they killed her instead of just firing her jfc so extreme. She was putting herself at risk keeping Colleen around when she knew how malicious she was like do you not think?! Past Chloe was super lame and annoying so I thought she was much better, but she’s getting to be annoying too. It’s still and ok story tho but kind of boring and I don’t really connect or care for the characters so it’s a bit of a drag to read when there’s not much else going on. Also she knows the ML’s past but still gets insecure when hearing rumors of how he normally shows no interest in women in the past and gossip that he treats her coldly when he has been making efforts to show he cares for her and even kissing and hugging her. Like girl your own experiences and Alphonse himself has contradicted everything they say why you still getting insecure??? Stupid

Interesting mystery type but feels a bit disjointed and no real connection to characters. Bit surface level.

19: it’s actually so good and funny, but it’s been on an indefinite hiatus so stopping here before I get to deep and I’ll come back when it’s finished.

36: it’s ok, but really just reading to see the MC’s sister open up and be happy

40: oddly entertaining! A bit choppy but it’s got a bit of humor that catches me off guard lol and it’s charming in its own way.
