thought it was good at first but reading more and more the main protagonist is kind of materialistic and becomes annoying… the other male characters do not seem to have any substance and there’s no depth besides really surface level romance. they stress romance way more than kyle’s backstory which makes it really disappointing to read because of how anticlimactic the most dramatic scenes are supposed to be. it’s okay i guess and i haven’t dropped it, but this is just because i’m bored and i wouldn’t reread it.
