Shishio: 21yo. Raised and shaped in poverty, Shishio was a brute juggernaut of an omega. The only one who had his respect was Masumi, the young yakuza boss who found him and mentored him into the group. Any softness in Shishio was for the one he wanted to pair with. Masami: 33yo alpha and young boss of the Yoshigane Group. For all his beauty, Masami was not a man to cross. He may be the young boss, but he would give up his position for Shishio. I loved the art, and having such a strong omega in the plot made this irresistible. Masami had a slightly crazy side too which was appealing. Only downside for me was that the story wrapped some obstacles up too easily or swiftly, but the bond between this alpha and omega was great.

Story is completed. A very sweet and romantic Omegaverse story. Alpha Takamura, boss and young rising star at 24, has everything expected of an elite alpha. He prides himself of his control and stoicism but those perfect alpha traits are at risk in the presence of a particular employee. Omega Kazuma, a regular and ordinary looking guy who is a bit clumsy. Well, a “bit” is an understatement as this doesn’t have a day when he isn’t tripping over something, bumping into something, or falling over something. And the number one something he does this to seems to be his boss. The boss whose control slips in his sweet chaotic presence. The boss who is noticing that Kazuma is actually incredibly sexy. Why he is practically a sexy terrorist! This adorable story follows the mismatched pair as they come together in a romance that brings out the best in each of them. It’s a real feel good story that has you reading with a smile more often than not, interspersed with plenty of alpha x omega sexy times.

This may not be a story to appeal to everyone, but I sure as heck loved it! The Tiger: Koga (29yo) CEO of an IT startup. Successful, driven, ruthless, sadistic, bit of a hedonist and a real alpha male. Never been in love until.. The Hamster: Kojiro, ex country boy who recently quit his horrible and exploitative office job, now relaxing in the slow life working part time at a convenience store. Loves cats, a petite guy who dreams of a nice normal life. That is until he meets.. Koga first saw Kojiro hand in his lost wallet to the police. Intrigued by his honesty, Koga insisted on taking Kojiro out for a meal (and I do mean insisted) as a thank you. Increasingly fascinated by the naive innocence of the younger man, Koga pounced and swept the trembling sweetie into his bed and into his heart. Expect to see intense possessiveness, dominant sex, controlled orgasm, blushing uke, kinky cos play, and more. Oh and love. Because these opposites fall head over heels for each other.

Completed story. This manga really gives a glimpse into just how crappy an omegas existence can be. The only alpha in his beta family, Tsuga is is one who prefers to see everyone as human and finds himself annoyed at alpha supremacy. He is also annoyed by the noisy, annoying, and over familiar Matsumae from his class. That was until he saw Matsume’s expression as he stood on a bridge, staring at the water.

Completed story. Alpha Narumiya an Alpha is one of the top performers at his trading company. His rival for that position is Tsukishima, a brilliant Alpha transfer from another company. The competition and rivalry between the two is intense, so when Narumiya stumbles upon Tsukishima in what appears to be the heat of an omega he is shocked. Even more shocked when Tsukishima offered up his body, and his neck.

Completed story Years ago Nao and Nagi were childhood best friends sharing time together on the playground. That was until Nagi’s parents relocated to a place more suited to alphas. Now in college, beta Nao barely remembers Nagi, only in snippets of dreams. When Nagi returns, it seems his old alpha friend has a very clear memory of promises made long ago. Still, it was a shock for Nao when he got drunk and had sex with Nagi. Even more surprising that when they were both sober they still turned to each other. Surprising until Nao realised that he had undergone a late stage secondary sex emergence as an omega. So what do these 2 really mean to each other, and is Nagi even free to be a loving partner?

Completed story. The Dom/Sub universe is one of my favourite settings when done well and this mangaka did a great job highlighting that these relationships are based on trust and communication, being safe to let your nature free and not being subject to abuse and coercion. The warmth of this Dom Moriya, his tender after care and attention to his sub, he is a perfect partner especially for an abused sub like Miki Kuroda.

Completed story. Not a story I really enjoyed tbh. Jin SolYi found out that he is an omega days before starting a tabloid office job. When his boss finds out he is blackmailed into doing their work too, including getting a photo scoop on famous dominant alpha actor, Baek GiEun. But there are more people involved in bringing down Baek and when the actor catches Jin he decides to sexually blackmail him. So, there is plenty of levels of intrigue as you see why Baek is such a target and why Jin is caught up in this whole plot. That’s interesting but the rapey relationship turned love is such an outdated trope I can’t see why anyone would use it still. Worse, there was very little that Baek did while forcing Jin to make him appealing other than orgasms and as an omega, orgasms can be given by anyone with the pheromones that scratches that omega weakness. So, as I read this, I don’t get any intensity of desire from Baek or inner monologue that would have had me thinking that he was insanely driven by his own nature to bind Jin to him, or any hidden obsession or anything that could make me see that his raping and ignoring Jin’s pain was for anything other than his own petty nature and convenience. There was never any trust between the 2 as they were apparently falling for each other, it was just sex. Then suddenly, Jin was arguing with himself over falling for this creep and Baek was having moments of wondering if he pushed Jin too hard after hearing him sobbing. And next thing they seem to be helping each other and in love. Well for me, that just fizzled the whole thing. For a rape to love theme, there has to be some serious intensity or obsession or something to hook onto that let’s me see that this person would go crazy for the one they want. Not that they are just an asshole. And if they are just an asshole, some more angst over understanding what they did please.

Completed story. It’s a student/teacher forbidden relationship that starts with dub con when bad boy alpha student Shiizaki catches his supposed alpha teacher, Tsukioka in the midst of an omega heat. In true Omegaverse trope he blackmails his teacher to keep his secret with sex and consumed with his heat, Tsukioka agrees. From there be surprised that the blackmail sex stops, but the awareness between these 2 is in full force as Tsukioka tries to engage Shiizaki into participating in class and focusing on his future. There is plenty of mutual interest growing between sensei and student, but there is also a lot happening in their own lives that needs to be faced and another predator lurking.

A couple of short stories on the theme of butler and young master in love. The first pair had a caretaker stoic and extremely controlled butler and his young master was wilder and rebellious from being neglected by his wealthy family. The second pair grew up together as young master and violin prodigy with the carefree boy and best friend raised by his family who grew up to become the butler to stay in his masters life.
