Very sweet relationship between 2 step siblings whose world revolves around each other. It’s a trope but the little spins in their dynamic made it special. Both guys were kind hearted, gentle, and treasured the other. The new guy on the side was not there to cause trouble or make this a triangle. It really was just a sweet story about accepting a new dimension in a strong, healthy relationship.

Sequel to I Want To Be Naughty, this one had a little more angst as the airheaded delinquent, Towa fumbles with defining his relationship with the student council President. We see the mix of bullying cruelty and protectiveness of Mikado and the clueless innocence of Towa. All the original friends and Towa’s brothers are there as well as a new seductive potential uke. I liked the hints of interest between a few characters that seem to be setting up to be later explored.

Two student teachers find love. The first with his former sensei who encouraged him to be true to himself. The second with a prickly tempered man who found himself bewildered by the sunny spirited and social young sensei. I probably liked the second couple more, but both stories were sweet reads.

The very cute music idol Hinato attends a part time school as his more authentic self. A little awkward and a lot naive, Hinata is a shy, scruffy looking guy who really wants to be friends with fellow student, the serious and hardworking, Yamada. However, Hinata having seen a glimpse of his older brothers more risqué behaviour with his best friend, Hinata begins to wonder if being best buds with Yamada means that kind of behaviour is expected of him too. And if so, why is it so appealing? This is a really cute little story, although you have to wonder how anyone in the entertainment industry could remain so innocent? Well, not forever ;)

This is the kind of story that you want to take your time with and enjoy. Single father, Oosawa had known his regular restaurant customer Yoshioka, for a long time now. He had seen the openly gay salary man go through relationships with a variety of partners and couldn’t help but be a little judgemental at the string of broken hearts left in his wake. But when he gets to know the now single Yoshii outside of work, the two become unexpected friends (although Yoshioka cheerfully pursued the straight man for something more) and each learns to depend on the other in an unlikely romance. Their story makes sense, the characters have well developed histories that make their relationship feel authentic, and it’s all just very sweet.

A really beautiful story. Model student, quiet and studious, Jin Hyuk was not one to stand out or make waves at school. When he accidentally witnessed class bad boy, Im Heechan getting beaten up by his drunk father one evening, he turned away determined not to get involved. But this incident was something that brought these polar opposites awkwardly together and a surprising secret friendship started between them. Their story is told in reminiscence style from both POV and it’s so sweet and genuine.

How rare to have someone who’s type includes that they be kind and gentle. This heartwarming story about salaryman Hagiwara Tatsumi, and single father, Maki Yuuto. Hagiwara is not one to get involved with anyone who has a “home” as he doesn’t want to be the one responsible for someone feeling neglected when a new love enters the life of a child with a single parent. But for all Maki looks gentle and sweet, he has his eyes firmly set on the normally unflappable Hagiwara. Sweet mayhem ensues on Hagiwara’s heart as father and son fill his days with unexpected joy.

This was surprisingly romantic and sweet for something set in the entertainment industry and full of smexy scenes. Intern at a talent agency, Sangyi spots Kang Insoo busking on a busy street and is instantly captivated by the singers looks, voice and songs. Insoo is striving to break into the competitive world of music from the ground up and after Sangyi bumbles his way through meeting him, the two find that there is more than good looks and singing drawing them together. It’s not all smooth sailing but the determined pair face each challenge even though it seems that someone out there is determined to see Insoo fail. I liked this story. Would love to see a story following some key side characters next.

In his final year of schooling, Kunihiko is stressed by the demands of his upcoming exams, his parent’s expectations, and his own. As a guy whose anxiety manifests in an upset stomache, he is sympathetic to a stranger on the train showing the same symptoms. Little did he know that his impulse of generosity offering assistance to the unwell man would turn his life upside down. This story is very fluffy and full of fun. Both characters are endearing; the puppy like and caring beauty Senri, and the earnest and focused Kunihiko.

A beautiful Omegaverse story from an author who understands that Alpha does not equal asshole. Masatsugu Otonashi is the alluring and world renowned omega model that shines on any billboard. But he hates alphas with a cold merciless disdain. Mei Todoroki is the alpha newly assigned to be Masatsugu’s assistant. Despite being subjected to the omega’s unreasonable demands, Mei is brightly enthusiastic and gives his all to flawlessly doing his job and his gentle trustworthiness even has him eventually befriending Masatsugu. I loved the dynamic between the vulnerable omega and the protective alpha. Definitely a read again story.
