Sleeps In Sunbeams's manga / #restaurant/cafe(6)

Two good stories set at a restaurant. The first couple owner x chef was my favourite. It dealt with an established couple and the insecurities of the uke (from his previous relationship where his partner was unfaithful). A chance encounter with the ex who wanted him back brought a lot of old issues to be resolved before he could stay with the seme who made him feel needed and loved. The second couple were childhood friends but the uke there had an obsession with girls with big tits. I didn’t like him, he was so weak and a cheater. I would have been happier to see the seme kick him to the curb.

Great story, I loved the way we got to see the inner sexy thoughts that were filling Kakei’s head when they went out to dinner and how hot they were for each other. His inner monologue really added some intensity.

Three interconnected stories set around a yakuza group. They are all fun reads with beautiful art but my favourite would be the first story of reuniting friends and a large debt.

This was so cute. Koshiro and Kirihara are 2 very different guys attending the same college. Koshiro is flashy, energetic and cheerfully in pursuit of his first girlfriend. Kirihara is tall, good looking, popular and amused by Koshiro’s many fails at picking up girls. The manga follows these 2 clueless guys as they become increasingly confused and aware of each other in unexpected ways. Koshiro slowly realises that far from hating the teasing Kirihara, these conflicting feelings might actually be love.

Not all love works out. A nice story and an interesting spin for a BL oneshot.
