Wasn't sure I would like this at first, the sensei was scarily harsh. But, time saw what past shaped him, and his heart and emotional debt were genuine.

It feels like more of this story is waiting to be told, but it was very sweet and the art was beautiful. Those little sparrows were adorable.

A good story, I just would have preferred if he fell for the other guy

Miyashita sensei was always calm and controlled. An overachiever whose perfectly structured life was disrupted when he took his lust focused student, Jindou under his wing. Trying his best to keep Jindou on track with his studies, sensei had to guide Jindou personally. I liked the story, especially as Jindou started to develop more self respect. The art was a little inconsistent; sometimes the characters looked so much older.
