Read after Dekiru Otoko No Sodatekata. A story set in the kitchens and dining of rival restaurants. Restaurant manager Hatakeyama, has been in love with chef Yamasaki for 10 years. His steady devotion and gentle pursuit of the beautiful Yamasaki is noticed and cheered by their circle of friends but what will it take for Yamasaki to believe that Hatakeyama truly loves him in the most earnest and devoted way?

Cute story about a bro obsessed first year student, Takao who falls for a rich kids bodyguard, Fujioka. The extra characters ranged from clueless airheads like the older bro to manipulative but nice meddlers like Mizuno. The story was slow paced and sweet and I particularly admired Takao’s personality. He was bold and willing to take risks but also adorable and someone you want to protect.

2 stories from the Mr Convenience workplace. The first pair were my favourite, how they treated each other and valued each other was seriously heartwarming. The second story had a bit more angst with a betrayal based on a misunderstanding but still their relationship was cute to watch unfold.

Read before Mukuchi Na Koi No Tsutaekata. The very adorable story about a naive country bumpkin Kazuha (20yo) who heads to Tokyo to work for restaurant owner and manager, Hongou. The MCs were a perfect match but they still had misunderstandings and growth as a couple who learn to communicate well to work on over the course of the story. Lots of lovely moments of humour (I think the mangaka had a blast with the cucumbers).
