Trigger Warning: Incest (uncle x nephew) Kurebe Tooru is orphaned as a child and is taken in by his maternal grandfather. Living with his grandfather and uncle (mother’s younger brother) gave Tooru some stability but over time he developed feelings for his uncle that were forbidden. Little did he know that his uncle was tormented by forbidden feelings of his own. This story follows the uncle and nephew over years and through other relationships. I felt a bit sorry for sensei (Tooru’s lover at college) because he loved Tooru. Usually, if someone loves somebody else I would hate them being in another relationship, but when your love is so forbidden you can understand why they do everything other than pursue it. What will it take for this pair to realise their love for each other is reciprocated? This story will take you through the twists and turns of a love that won’t be ignored.

A sultry summer setting for a taboo love. Cousins Chihiro and Shuto live next door to each other. For years now, Shuto has hidden that his love for Chihiro is deeper and more intense than acceptable. When his mother discovers his secret one summer night, Shuto is faced with traumatic feelings of shame and self loathing, especially as his mother cried. Yet even that isn’t enough to stem his love for Chihiro though he tries to become the son his mom could accept. The deep emotions and intensity of the changing relationship between MCs is lovely and the artwork is beautiful. I would have liked to see more resolution between mother and son, and a glimpse of the pairs future, but it was still a thoroughly enjoyable story.

A story of a forbidden love between Ai and Yuzuru. These siblings had always been close, but divorce and distance tore them apart for 9 years. When Yuzuru was finally able to return to Japan both he and Ai were overjoyed to be together again. But things were different being older and their love for each other took a new direction. One that nobody would accept. I loved the story. It’s not just that their love was taboo, but it was intense yet also pure. Like a Romeo and Juliet pairing, their relationship would cause angst filled chaos when it was discovered. Only with this couple, you had no doubt that they would be a loving pair well into old age surrounded by children and great grandchildren.

Completed at 5.2 despite marking. An excellent S&M story written just the way I like it. This mangaka understands that a good, dominant S treasures his submissive M and will reward and praise them for pushing their boundaries and giving themselves in trust to a good S. This pair were such a good match. Office worker Masachika (M) has some trust issues and has been having trouble finding a S he didn’t destroy. When the matchmaking Master paired him with the younger university student, Seiji (S) he was horrified until Master pointed out that Seiji was a former M and Masachika could train him to be his perfect gentle S. But it turns out that Masachika didn’t understand himself as well as he thought. It a good thing that the younger Seiji was happy to not be a gentle S all the time after all. Especially when his new M really liked to stir him up,

This story is completed. Hold on for a naughty illicit 14 chapters of brotherly love. Yes, it’s full on Sweet Home Alabama, no doubt about it, brothers, but it’s not Shota. Petite college student Kanata (19yo) has always had to be the strong, responsible big brother. Something that he thinks his younger sibling Keita takes advantage of, so he seeks some pampering in his part time job as a “Little Brother” where men pay to spend time “spoiling” and talking to the young men there (who knew there were such cafe’s?!).
