Shingo and Ao-san were just adorable in this story. The aloof yet beautiful Ao was a second year student with a secret fear that Shingo stumbles upon. Shingo is a sparkling, energetic and kind first year who finds himself increasingly fascinated by his senpai. Together these MCs fall for each other with a sweet intensity that is irresistible. The artwork was so good, I often got caught up admiring a frame or two before continuing reading. Definitely a story to read again.

This was a super sweet shounen-ai with love flourishing between the new transfer student and the class delinquent, “Mad Dog” (Tsukada). Each boy seemed to understand the other well from the beginning. Tsukada saw through the fake smiles of Fujino-kun and Fujino saw beyond the straight speaking delinquent to the kind guy beneath.

Opposites attract. School jock and popular guy Hachikaku has been flitting between girls but recently hasn’t been feeling it..at all. Closet romance lover Mine longs for a high school love to rival the best movies, but instead he bumps into Hachikaku and his life takes a new direction. I liked how clueless both guys were that they were falling for each other. Hachikaku was so used to dating girls he couldn’t even think that his increasing fascination for Mine may be more than a special friendship. And then Mine meets the girl who is everything he wanted. This story was really sweet, but those sexy scenes added a whole new level on the heat index. I loved the little moments of kinky play, dirty talk and don’t get me started on the window scene! Phew!!

This story broke my heart in so many places, but the live between Souichirou and Kaname was absolutely beautiful. First year student Souichirou has the most scarily serious face and has never really made friends as his intensity plus his face tends to scare others. However he is a wonderful artist and a kind, sweet soul who wants to make friends and make his grandma proud. When he meets the hauntingly beautiful 3rd year student Kaname he is compelled to draw the delicate boy and begs him to be a model. And so, these two spend time together and it doesn’t take long for Souichirou to learn why his senpai has such sad eyes at times. Thankfully, these 2 are so good to and for each other and the story is beautiful.

A fun read, totally impossible to take seriously. These two childhood friends battle it out to see who will be the top. In a race to the finish, who gets there first?

A very sweet story with the adorably cute dog loving Shiba-kun and his senpai with the stern expressions Shepherd-san. And let’s not forget Kotaro the sweet dog who has mastered the ability to cockblock. There are plenty of cute moments in the story. My main gripe was that Shiba-san always seemed too hesitant about the lovemaking with his partner and seemed more interested in the dog. It got a little annoying bout no

Yoshikawa Haruki has had a crush on his best friend Watanabe Ryuusaki, since high school started. Haruki is a bit relieved that Ryuusaki is not good with girls, but suddenly a girl seems to have taken interest in him. Super sweet and fluffy feel good story about 2 best friends who become lovers. No nasty drama or angst, perfect for reading if you want warm fuzzy feelings and a smile left on your lips (─‿‿─)♡

Shishidou, the seme in this story was a lion beast man. He was a player and pretty selfish but I suppose that is to be expected of a teenage boy whose beast is an apex predator. It made him harder to like for me because he hurt his friend Shiba (thoroughbred horse beastman) with his slutty ways and snide remarks. The uke Shiba was likeable. It would have been nice to see him transform and/or stand up for himself a bit more, but overall this was an enjoyable spin off, of ‘Ookami kun wa kowakunai.’

This was a wonderfully lighthearted story that was full of fun and impossible to take seriously. Haru Nezaki. Freshman with bangs that cover his eyes. At school on a scholarship. Uninterested in Yamoto (a rude shock to all). Scary eyes but a non scary personality, a little shy at first and serious but when he gets to know you he is sweet. Mikado Yamoto. Senpai to Nezaki, Student Council President, Scion of the world leading financial conglomerate The Yamato Group, excels at sports, perfect grades, dashingly handsome, incredibly self confident (getting the picture yet?) and stunned by the beauty of a freshman’s smiling face. Sounds like someone obnoxious? Well Yamoto is, but in the sweetest, silliest way. It’s impossible to be offended by his boundless confidence even as he experiences his first ever rejection at the hands of Nezaki.

I am glad it wasn’t just me who had trouble making sense of this story. Idk if it was the translation or the story itself but this story was disjointed and often just like reading random English words put together. Idk why the seme bothered following the uke to this school, he seemed to have zero care or respect for him. If he lost that respect simply because the uke was short and a bit of an airhead at times then he stinks for not finding that adorable. Idk why the uke suddenly liked the seme...that made no sense as there was no connection. Wth was the thing about red boots? It randomly popped up a few times for no reason.. The uke is about to graduate? There was no talk of a future between the boys.. Trust me, so many other things made no sense. I can’t be bothered doing a re read to find the answers, maybe this is better on a second read? I am gonna pass. The art was cute but I can look at nice art with a coherent story and have a much better experience than trying this again. Apologies to the mangaka, I know these works mean a lot of time and effort. I wish I did like it more, the concept sounded interesting.
