Noda-ke no Oshie ni Yori
Loved the first story. The father with all the advice was hilarious, but I think I loved most the genuine advice he gave for those you love. It’s nice to see such a good dad in yaoi. The attempted rape scene bothered me, I have such a need for those perpetrators to be punished in some way. I did like how the uke turned to the seme to replace those touches in his memory with loving ones. If I re-read the first story later, I write this to note to myself to leave it here as I didn’t enjoy the second story.
Kono Hoshi de Ichiban Akarui Tokoro
Two sweetly, perfectly fluffy stories. Mochizuki and Mukai were simply adorable, I thought the seme’s glowing cheerfulness and confidence were really alluring for such a seemingly delicate partner. I loved how he encouraged his uke to use his voice and speak for himself, to be more assertive. Moving straight into Yuki’s story was a relief because he needed a love all of his own. While I can’t help but think the sensei would have been a good uke, this almost antagonist to lovers story was sweetly satisfying.
Sekai no Oto ga Shinai
So sweet and lovely but with a serious undertone with the loss of his life’s passion for Noiri to deal with. Sennen-kun was such a kind hearted sweetie, this was a real feel good ending.
Koi Wa Etude!
I was a little worried that the blackmail plot would lead to some dubious consent issues, but this was far from the reality which was oh so sweet and adorable. Loved it.
Asatte ni Kiss
Totally 5 stars for pure adorability! Akihista was such a sweetheart of an otaku, I loved his naivety and blushes around Yuu as well as his inability to hide his otakuness from him. As for Yuu, he was such a hot seme and I especially loved how his self control was shredded when he was admired by Akihista. These guys were ADORABLE! On a side note, a special thanks to the dick redrawers. It just keeps you immersed in the story when not suddenly blasted by lightsabers
Yajima-kun no sezonku friend
Sweet and enjoyable from the story to characters and the art.
Suki tte Iu na!
A lovely story about making the most of a second chance to live true to yourself. I enjoyed the characters; the seme was head over heels in love with a uke who was no pushover. Beautiful artwork and moments of humour made this a great read.
Kirai ni wa Narenai
I liked this continuation story from Suki tti Iu na! Shinohara and Okui were already striking sparks off each other in that story, I had been hoping they would be given their own manga and fall for each other and despite their being such opposites their relationship was sweet to read them finding common ground. I also had to laugh at how much Shinohara was like his cousin when it came to being open to everyone about him being in love with Okui. I also enjoyed the story of the first year who made predictions and his senpai. Another sweet case of opposites attract and I liked the little plot twist at the end.
Seishun Girigiri Outline
I always love a story where the seme loves the uke so very, very much. Hiyama was a talented baseball pitcher who fell in love with Oshima, the uke who forcefully rejected his confession, at least at first. Soon enough Hiyama’s charms win over the reluctant uke. So sweet, I especially loved how the uke was no pushover.
