The main story with the manager of the French restaurant, Sonobe Munekazu, and the abused Hisaya was very good. I liked how Munekazu wouldn’t even let Hisaya hurt himself, let alone allow anyone else to harm a hair on his head. Sweetly protective seme x vulnerable uke. The second story was ok, it was just a oneshot.

There’s a reason that this is so highly rated, and that’s simply because it’s marvellous. Set in a fictitious country that gave the author a lot of freedom with mixing the criminal, business and political worlds, this story had an intriguing plot and great characters.
