This was a wonderful story! Erika had such a sunny, outgoing disposition and Sata Kyouya was the epitome of a Black Prince with his ikeman looks and rather sadistic personality. But even when he seemed mean, Erika was very aware of the kinder guy beneath the mask. I liked that they were their authentic selves almost from the very beginning. I loved their friendship group and all the things they faced together over the years. Erika and Sata Kyouya we’re impossible to resist. One of the best shoujo I have read.

Like a Romeo and Juliet pairing, their relationship would cause angst filled chaos when it was discovered. Only with this couple, you had no doubt that they would be a loving pair well into old age surrounded by children and great grandchildren.
