Gentle Kyo had always been the sickly younger brother and Asuka the adventurous explorer. When Asuka sent his expedition partner Krieg back home to have his broken foot attended by Kyo (now a doctor), the panther beast man was upset at being tricked and left behind, and enraged at being cared for by a human. He lashed out by brutally raping Kyo, slicing him with his claws and choking him. This was not the typical trope rape from losing control over lust for the other. This was from hatred and rage and it was witnessed by the young cat beast person who was the doctors helper. They were seriously traumatised by what they saw, and that added a depth to the rape that I feel the author failed to address. The kind hearted doctor may have been forgiving (with a weak “you have always been kind to beast people! Remember when that one stole your wallet?” analogy… Riight… being brutally sodomised is just like having your wallet pinched, no worries. Anyway, leaving the rape aside, the rest of the relationship was better. Slowly Krieg became more gentle as he saw the town where beasts and people got on well. The beast man and doctor fell for each other, the older brother returned for Krieg and the rest of the story was much more pleasant. However, I am giving this story 2 stars because the rape was so very poorly dealt with and I don’t want to read this one again.

A couple of short stories. The first one was very kinky and followed 2 brothers where the younger was the seme and practiced sounding on his older sibling who was a teacher. Heavy focus on urethra play with stretching and urethra insemination. The second story was about 2 dogs in a pet store. The older dog used toys to initiate his doggie lover. These stories are both a little different and not for everyone.

Bristly and quick tempered Akiharu is a werewolf who gets the surprise of a lifetime when he finds out that his cousin is gay. His best friend Yukino is determined to help him understand that having the one you love return your feelings is what matters, regardless of their gender. The story was cute and fast paced and Yukino was a steady and calm balance for his delinquent uke.

Trigger Warning: Dubious consent Himari has loved her tutor Akito since he first helped her at school. They started going out when she graduated but haven’t moved beyond kissing. Himari is desperate to become a ‘true couple’ but Akito doesn’t think she is ready. That’s something her cat Leon disagrees with, as he clearly demonstrates after morphing into human form. This story is really just some light smut with way too much dubious consent to be romantic. Personally, I found Akito to be a bit of a bastard. Choose the cat.

More of this wonderful couple and their family. This time there is a holiday to Hawaii and someone from Soji’s past sets the grandpa in a spin. Cute as can be and delightfully wholesome.

Office setting for a time when everyone has animal characteristics as the result of a move to make both sexes able to become pregnant. Daeun has a new project starting and will be working with a temporary transfer from a different company. He never expected to see the student he fell for in his senior year at high school, Junhyuk. The earnest, puppy like Daeun and the alpha like panther, Junhyuk make for a sweet story as their relationship progresses amongst deadlines, unexpected rivals, and their own misunderstandings.

A world where humans and beast-men co-exist. Wolf-type beastman Haine finds himself unexpectedly falling for college freshman (and human) Natsuo after their less than ideal first meeting. For Haine, the pursuit is on as he openly declares his interest. For Natsuo, it’s a new experience getting to know a carnivore beast man, but the dangerous seeming man has a cute side, the softest ears, and a wicked tongue. The more Natsuo gets to know Haine, the stronger the connection between the two.

Story is finished. Being transported to another world is a nightmare for 40yo doctor, Chikayuki Shinra. Sure, he is back in his highschool body, but he was captured by the beastmen who inhabit this world and collared as a sex slave, subject to horrific abuse. That was until he was rescued by a pair of powerful yet gentle beastmen, Gail (from Bear Clan) and Douglas (Lion Clan). Under their care, Chika began to heal in spirit as well as body. There was joy and purpose to be found by Chika in the arms of these possessive giants and their story is something to read and reread.

Complete story with 5.5 chapters. Grad student Shiroki has been living in his new apartment for 2 months, busy with his studies and cat, Kedama. Things would be nearly perfect if it weren’t for his noisy neighbour, Oogami Hayato. Following a confrontation over the noise, Shiroki never expected to find himself having to sneak into Oogami’s apartment to rescue his cat. Nor did he expect to find his neighbor lying in a daze with fluffy ears and a tail! The rest of this sweet story is of their growing friendship and love.
